Asian inspired original
Awhile back, I decided I’d like to make a soap with some Asian inspired ingredients. So I came up with this Tea Garden Soap. In addition to the luxurious shea butter and cocoa butter, I added sesame oil, rice bran oil and coconut oil. It’s beautifully swirled and topped with sesame seeds.
The scent of this Tea Garden Soap is a sophisticated, unisex fragrance. It combines base notes of sweet amber, vanilla and patchouli with bergamot, lemon, jasmine, geranium and rose.
This luxurious, artisan soap is lovely for it’s scent and moisturizing qualities. In addition, it contains kaolin clay, activated charcoal and French green clay. These are wonderful for cleansing and to help draw out impurities from the skin and adding silkiness to the soap.
Word to the wise: Don’t let this soap sit in water or be in a direct stream of the shower, or it will just melt away.
