Perfect gift or luxurious guilty pleasure for you!
Figueroa Mountain is a favorite destination for many locals in the spring and summer months. The wildflowers that bloom there, depending on the rain, can be profuse. This was my inspiration for my beautiful Fig Mtn Wildflower Handcrafted Soap!
I made this luxurious, artisan soap with luxurious moisturizing ingredients and swirled some Brazilian Yellow Clay through it. The scent is a combination of sweet peas, pear, freesia, berry and delicate musk. I’ve topped it off with rose petals, jasmine flowers, lavender buds, and cornflower petals. As a result, it’s lovely not just for its scent and moisturizing qualities, but for how pretty it is. As one of our little luxuries, it would sure make a sweet gift. Any occasion ‘gift for her.’ Birthday, wedding, bridesmaid’s gift, Mother’s Day, or any occasion at all. Got you covered.
And if you’d like to pick the perfect card to go with it, it seems like a perfect pairing with this gorgeous card I created with a stunning photo of Figueroa Mountain in the springtime.
A couple other soaps that would make great gifts are the Mom’s Rose Silk Soap and the Cherry Amaretto Soap. There are actually quite a few that make the perfect gift, so be sure to shop around before checking out.
This lovely and unique handcrafted soap has lots of wonderful moisturizing ingredients in it. Olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, palm oil, and castor oil for bubbles.
The horizontal bars are large, weighing approximately 5 oz. The vertical bars (think: loaf slice) weigh in at approximately 4 oz.
Word to the wise: Don’t let this soap sit in water or be in a direct stream of the shower, or it will just melt away.
